1. Terms

By accessing this web site and/or hiring (scheduling) Cleaning Jackson cleaning services, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site or scheduling an appointment with Cleaning Jackson for any services. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

1-B Payment and Deposit

a. Cleaning Jackson has a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. This means there are no refunds with Cleaning Jackson. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service you are eligible for return service at no extra cost to fix any issues.

b. Money back guarantee; Written requests must be submitted to Cleaning Jackson for any money back requests. Full payment must be submitted before any money back request is submitted.

       i. If a refund is awarded, Cleaning Jackson reserves the right to deliver said refund within a six month period.

c. A deposit is required for all scheduled jobs. Deposits are also non refundable without 48 hours notice of cancellation. Any scheduled appointments can be changed on the calender at no additional charge as long as proper notice (24 hrs.) is given to Cleaning Jackson.

2. Use License

1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Cleaning Jackson Cleaning Services web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
   1. modify or copy the materials;
